NOTES: "H.G. "Tap" Tapply originated these flies and called them Cooper Bugs. You can fish it like a dry fly (immitating a fly or terrestrial), a bass bug, a streamer (immitating a minnow), or a nymph (immitating nymph, crayfish, hellgrammite, etc).
