hello josh, just wanna to intro myself, im retired w/ too much time, anyway started to fish for smallies this past year. was lucky enough to land a 15" & a 13" back to back last oct. it was everything I had read about and more. after a couple of pics they were released. what im looking for here in Indiana, are junctions where feeder creeks feed into the main streams. does that sound logical? anyway take care and good fishing.

hey Josh. hate to pester you with this - but I want to make certain I have mu **** right for a 3 dayer I got coming up. I am going to spool 8lb INVIZX on a spinning reel (Pleuger Supreme). If I lay the spool on the table flat with the label up - will that minimize the twist? I just want to make sure I am doing what I can initially to minimize it down the road. thanks for the help man.

Hi Josh this is Kevin new forum member hjsmyth you mentioned using live leeches. I do not know where I would get them have not seen them in my local bait stores. I see that you have links to some lure companies do you have recommendations for possible lures that might mimic leeches. Also I have been graphic designer and custom screen printer for apparel. I am thinking about designing nice smallmouth bass apparel. Have not seen much out there already do you know of any successful lines you could recommend that I look at. I do not know where you are from but if you plan on being in my area let me know we could arrange to get out for some fishing. Depending on time and water levels river holds nice largemouth, smallmouth, northern pike, shad, and stripers during herring run. The last several years due poor herring runs striper fishing has been spotty.
