  1. Thanks for the response, Sean. Yes, I'm very impressed with the props everybody is giving him. I'd like to see how he handles his boat as I'm planning on putting mine in at Ft. Hunter a lot more this year. Was there once last year when the level was 4.25 and I did all right. I'm anxious to get out more. I'll be getting in touch with you in the spring for sure. I'm seriously thinking of hooking up with him though, just to pick his brain. Thanks again.

Hi Daryl. Good to hear from you. All's good with my family as I hope things are well with yours also.

I've fished with Joe a few times but not as a paying client. I've fished with a ton of people over the years but I can't say I've ever fished with someone as extreme as Joe is. Nothing against anyone else but Joe takes it to the next level. For example, he took me out last October one day when the river gauge at Harrisburg was 3.2 feet. We put in at Montgomery's Ferry and traveled 5 miles upriver to Liverpool, in very windy conditions. We were literally going over gravel shoals that I couldn't paddle my kayak over. The plastic bottom on his boat allows him to make frequent contact with the river bottom. And he's got 250 horses to push him. His fishing skills are just as impressive. The fish were 'wolf packing' that day and when you reeled in one, you saw 20 more following it. And the bait they were eating was over 7 inches long. I'd highly recommend booking a trip with him.
